Director of services with 15+ years of experience in planning, deploying, managing and supporting multiple projects for SMB and large enterprises. Areas of technical expertise include but are not limited to Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, Exchange (on-premises, online, hybrid), Microsoft Teams with phone system, Endpoint Manger (Intune), Microsoft security and compliance including Microsoft Defender and XDR.
