What is C1st Rewards?

A Customer Rewards Program Built Around Engagement

The C1st Rewards program is designed to encourage customers to engage with C1st through events and initiatives such as webinars, CyberRange, QBRs, in-person meetings, first orders via our e-commerce store, POCs, assessments, and spending milestones.

As a token of our appreciation for your participation and commitment, you can redeem points for a variety of prizes — from gift cards and goodies to premium tech items, and other select items (as available).

We will track your points and provide updates monthly or quarterly. Please note that points reset annually, so be sure to use them before the end of each year.

How to Earn Points?

Each eligible activity earns points. Here’s the standard point guide:

  • Webinar Attendance — 5 points

  • POC (Proof of Concept) — 5 points

  • QBR (Quarterly Business Review) — 10 points

  • In-person Meeting — 10 points

  • First Order via E-commerce Store — 10 points

  • Assessment — 10 points

  • Cyber Range Participation — 15 points

  • Referral — 15 points
